Gilla Band – The Early Years 12" EP Vinyl

Ireland’s beloved Avant-punk group Gilla Band (previously known as Girl Band) has brought back The Early Years EP, compiling rare 7” singles and covers first released by Any Other City Records and The Quarter Inch Collective, then reissued by Rough Trade in 2015. The Cha Cha Cha track has been freshly remastered, making it perfect for the dancefloor once more. Highlighting the EP is an eight-minute cover of Blawan’s unique post-dubstep track “Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage,” a fan favourite and live staple that stands out as truly one-of-a-kind.
